About Xandra

After my DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) training, I began my career in secretarial work. This initial experience quickly made me understand one essential thing: secretaries and assistants are the true pillars of a company. Often in the background, they nevertheless allow managers to focus on what matters most.

Driven by a desire to broaden my skills, I then joined different sectors of activity as an administrative assistant. Over the course of my experiences, my responsibilities grew until I became a management assistant, allowing me to gain a global perspective on how a company operates.

It was through contact with business leaders that I made an obvious observation: many spend precious time on essential administrative tasks, but which take them away from their core business. Hiring a full-time assistant is not always justified, whereas a few hours a month can be enough to make all the difference.

It is from this observation that my company was born.

Today, I support entrepreneurs, artisans, retailers, liberal professions, and VSEs by offering them flexible administrative and management assistance, adapted to their real needs. Whether for a one-time mission or regular support, I put my skills at their service so that they can fully dedicate themselves to the development of their activity.
