Wylliam Louboutin

Graduated from the specialized master's in financial engineering from Emlyon Business School and holding an ICAM engineering degree, my focus is on consulting missions in mergers and acquisitions and strategy.

With several experiences in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within KMPG Corporate Finance in Bucharest, Pramex International, and Scalene Partners in Paris, an M&A boutique founded by two former investment bankers from Rothschild & Co, I have learned the trade with the rigor and demands of internationally recognized firms. I have thus been able to work on the origination and execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates (small and mid-cap) as well as on fundraising.

I also worked as a freelancer on a consulting mission in mergers and acquisitions for a foreign company in their external growth project. I conducted research and analysis of companies for external growth purposes and then created a strategic report including my recommendations.

After 3 years as an M&A analyst and then associate at Croissance Partenaires, I decided to gain independence and practice this profession in my own way by supporting entrepreneurs in their high-stakes balance sheet operations.
