As a consultant for Talan, I supported several major clients (including SNCF Réseau, DSI TER, CNG) in managing digital projects, providing business analysis, and continuously improving application tools. My assignments took place in agile environments, often within complex business ecosystems, with a high degree of autonomy and direct collaboration with functional managers.

Main missions:

1. CNG – National Management Center (2025)

• Management of the IT Master Plan (SDSI) review: analysis of project progress over 5 years, budget consolidation, identification of projects to be carried over, and scoping of the new IT Master Plan 2025–2030.

• Strategic study on the integration of artificial intelligence: mapping of potential use cases by business unit (HR, recruitment, career management, etc.), formulation of recommendations on suitable AI tools (generative, analytical, predictive), definition of success factors (governance, acculturation, deployment framework).

• Drafting of the summary deliverable for management and AI experts.

2. SNCF Réseau – Track Slot Order Business Analysis (2023–2024)

• Application manager for last-minute track slot ordering tools.

• Writing user stories, monitoring developments, creating test specifications, facilitating SCRUM meetings, managing repositories.

• Level 3 support and coordination with service centers and operators.

3. SNCF DSI TER (2020–2023)

• Product Owner and application manager for passenger information tools.

• Writing specifications, facilitating steering committees, budget monitoring, coordinating the technical redesign of an application.

• Support for application cutovers, change management, usage monitoring (statistics, Google Analytics / Data Studio metrics), documentation writing, and facilitating business workshops.

Management of a portfolio of various projects (web projects, heavy application projects; V-cycle, Agile Project) in different business sectors (accounting/finance, international, publishing, sales subsidiary, civic service, legal, activity core/animation)
