• In-depth knowledge in the areas of: High-end visualization, concept, Class A and design surfacing, series and prototype development including CAD construction and creation of release-ready and tool-compatible drawing derivations; Conception, development, and construction of lightweight components, complex mechatronic plastic assemblies, production-ready sheet metal bending parts, and light metal die-cast parts including their tool design/adjustments; Project management, DFMEA, design-accompanying FEM calculations; Test evaluations; Sampling and quality management, supplier and customer contact/management.
