Verification of configuration compliance with social legislation and collective agreements. Performance of payroll tests to validate engine evolutions and corrections. Analysis and resolution of payroll anomalies reported by users or detected internally. Functional and technical assistance to clients or internal users. Support for data migration and historical data recovery during client deployments. Collaboration with development and quality teams to ensure payroll calculation reliability.

1) Monthly payroll production on SILAE / OPENPAYE. Collection, verification, and entry of payroll data. Establishment and verification of payslips. Calculation and preparation of final settlements. Development of social declarations (monthly DSN, annual declarations). Management of relationships with social organizations: URSSAF, RETRAITE, Prévoyance, Occupational Health, DGFIP...

2) Administrative Management of Personnel. Creation and updating of individual employee records in the payroll software. Hiring formalities: DPAE, Mutual and Provident affiliations, monitoring of medical visits. Preparation of addendums and employment contracts.

3) Management and processing of work stoppages. CPAM declarations and monitoring. Declarations and file preparation for provident schemes. Monitoring of social security and provident payments.
