• • End-to-end project management: product vision, definition of digital care pathways, feature prioritization, and development coordination.

• • Design of patient monitoring dashboards to support clinical decision-making.

• • Change management strategy for the deployment of decision-making dashboards across 600 grocery stores (5 banners, 2 provinces), replacing several operational reports.

• • Facilitation of demonstration and awareness workshops (business intelligence and AI): value-added uses, relevance, and risks (security, confidentiality, quality of results).

• • Identification and documentation of AI use cases and automation opportunities; development of materials, templates, and automations using AI.

• • Daily use of Microsoft Copilot in an enterprise context; training and support for stakeholders in its adoption; dissemination of best practices for responsible AI use.

• • Deployment of ServiceNow CSM modules; development and monitoring of performance and adoption indicators.

• • Implementation of clinical processes, solutions, and workflows: collection circuits, appointment scheduling, and telehealth deployment.

• • Work organization and nursing staff scheduling.

• • Contribution to defining the clinic's business model.

• • Design and deployment of AI tools, automations, and agents (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to optimize tasks and processes; identification of use cases adapted to the clinic's realities.

• • Ensuring workflow and data compliance with Law 25 (personal information confidentiality).

• • Training and support for employees in adopting new tools and processes; simplification for non-specialists.
