As part of the Cloud Migration Factory (CMF) program at Société Générale, I contributed to migrating applications to the cloud by leading various technical initiatives. Specifically, I implemented Terraform modules to provision cloud infrastructure, automated resource creation, and participated in migrating applications to the private cloud. I also designed and deployed CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for Java, NodeJS, Python, and .NET applications, while contributing to the migration from OpenShift to Kubernetes (DockerEE) for over 100 applications.

My role included managing Kubernetes, automating deployments with Helm, managing Docker images via DTR and Harbor, and automating configurations with Ansible. I also handled secret management with HashiCorp Vault. Finally, I contributed to technical documentation for the ACID team via the internal wiki and provided support for infrastructure management and deployment.

During my assignment at Be-Softilys, I participated in the automation, provisioning, and management of infrastructure resources on OpenStack using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). I designed and configured GitLab CI pipelines and CI/CD workflows to ensure high-quality releases (SonarQube), while implementing a monitoring solution based on Prometheus and Grafana. This solution included developing specific exporters and creating dashboards and alerts.

I also automated the installation and management of key tools like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, GlusterFS, and Nginx, as well as the installation of Kubernetes on OpenStack. In parallel, I set up an automated deployment of a secrets manager to ensure its availability and resilience, using tools like Vault and Consul with Ansible.

Another part of my assignment involved automating application deployment on the Kubernetes cluster and implementing backup and restore solutions for systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and GlusterFS. I also trained new recruits and development teams by introducing them to the DevOps culture and practices adopted by Be-Softilys.
