**Context**: Administration and development of the centralized Salesforce platform used by several international entities of the Ayming group, to support business and contractual processes. Contribution to the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly on structuring projects like Aym-otion, dedicated to managing the contracting cycle from opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:

• Administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform (configuration, access management, user support)
• Development and configuration of Flows and automations to optimize business processes
• Development of integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other Ayming internal applications
• Contribution to the Aym-otion project for managing the contractual process: creation of Service Contracts and Contract Line Items from opportunities and management of associated beneficiaries
• Management of the development delivery process (testing, validation, and production deployment)
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Salesforce platform
• International user technical support and incident resolution
• Ticket management and processing via Azure DevOps and EasyVista
• Creation of advanced reports and dashboards, particularly using the Data Centric tool for analyses beyond standard Salesforce report capabilities
• Administration of access and integrations for third-party tools (Kimble, Ringover)
• Configuration of email templates and automations related to the opportunity cycle
• Collaboration with international teams in English in a multi-country environment.

**Context**: Participation in the development and evolution of a request management application on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) integrated into the SAP ecosystem in an Agile context.
**Responsibilities**:

• Translation of business needs into technical and functional specifications for Salesforce CRM solutions
• Participation in business workshops and analysis of existing processes (CRM / SAP)
• Development of Salesforce features: Lightning Components (Aura), Flows, App Builder
• Backend development with Apex (Triggers, classes) and writing unit tests
• Creation of complex SOQL / SOSL queries for data management and exploitation
• Configuration of Salesforce Field Service and management of user profiles
• Participation in code reviews and technical assistance on developments
• Contribution to deployments and version management
• Writing technical and functional documentation
• Work in Agile methodology (PI Planning, follow-up meetings) with JIRA and Confluence
• Cross-functional collaboration with CRM and SAP teams

**Context**: Leading a team of developers and participating in the maintenance and evolution of Alaxione Survey, a health data survey management platform, as well as the development of the MasterRecruit platform.
**Responsibilities**:

• Technical leadership and support for a team of 5 developers
• Leading internal training sessions (Salesforce, React)
• Maintenance and evolution of the Alaxione Survey platform
• Development of Salesforce features: Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Apex classes
• Front-end development with React / React Native
• Creation of Web Services and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
• Use of Experience Builder for configuring Experience Cloud portals
• Optimization and improvement of existing Salesforce solutions
• Technical support and assistance to developers
• Writing documentation and technical guides
• Use of collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) for task tracking and documentation
• Contribution to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to automate tests and deployments
