Context: Within the technical department of the TF1 group, I am the point of contact for all incidents occurring on the TF1+ application.
Main Responsibilities:
 Client relations for multi-channel users of the TF1+ application (BtoC).
 Study the existing system to ensure RUN for mobile and web applications (TF1 and Tfou) and the various internal CRMs for video delivery.
 Daily monitoring of the infrastructure on different application platforms (mobile applications, tablets, web, boxes, and connected TV).
 Analysis of observed error peaks, organization of synchronization meetings with the technical Feature Teams.
 Weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to management teams (CTO) on the quality of service provided.
 Facilitation of B2B synchronization meetings (with partner ISPs) to explain errors that have occurred and ensure SLA compliance according to contractually defined KPIs.
 Documentation updates for L1 support for end-users of the TF1+ application.

Incident & Problem Management
 Guarantee of the integrity and availability of the production environment (supervision, incident management) and Quality of Service.
 Organization and facilitation of Post Mortem analyses to determine immediate corrections (by explaining RCAs) and areas for improvement to be implemented on confirmed anomalies with the various stakeholder teams (Video, Player, Infra).
