As a Product Owner at Bpifrance, within the DISED and DJG departments, I manage and optimize digital products to support entrepreneurs and businesses. My responsibilities include: Product Development: Defining product vision, establishing roadmaps, and prioritizing features. Backlog Management: Creating and managing the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Cross-Team Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication between marketing, sales, and support teams. Data Analysis: Using data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Management: Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align product priorities. Product Launches: Overseeing the launch phases of new features and products. SAFe Methodology: Applying SAFe principles to improve collaboration and optimize development processes. Through these experiences, I have developed expertise in product management. I am proud to contribute to Bpifrance's mission of supporting French entrepreneurs and businesses.

Reporting to the Internet Banking department of the LCL IT division, I work on projects involving major evolutions impacting Selfcare (connected spaces for individuals and professionals) and the "LCL Mes Comptes" Mobile App.

At the heart of digital transformation, I navigate a complete technical environment: DevOps, Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Backend Development, Databases.

I also operate within an Agile ecosystem and master numerous tools and concepts for Agility: SCRUM, LeSS, Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.

On a daily basis, I collaborate with technical experts, marketing, and banking professionals to build a product backlog, I write and take responsibility for the consistency of user/technical stories, and I support solution design as well as monitoring development work (IT development).

Responsible for the evolution and optimization of digital channels to improve customer experience.

Deployed several innovative channels (chatbot, web call back, forum, messaging) on mobile and desktop.

Analyzed data to boost adoption, contributing to increased usage rates and customer satisfaction.

Facilitated stakeholder alignment through functional workshops and regular steering/project committee meetings.

Implemented user testing and integrated their feedback to enhance the ergonomics and efficiency of the tools.

Impact: Digitalized customer experience, reduced friction, and optimized interactions with GRDF.
