My name is William Tollet. With 4 years of experience in corporate finance and venture capital, I specialize in M&A, valuation, financial modeling, and structuring financing deals for startups and SMEs.

At G.Ventures (student venture capital fund), I sourced and analyzed over 100 seed-stage investment opportunities, conducting financial due diligence and impact projections.

Since June 2022, I have been working at the Linkera Group (Estimeo, Eldorado, Les Pépites Tech), first as a VC Analyst & Valuation Specialist and then, since January 2025, as Head of M&A & Operations. There, I have performed over 150 valuations (DCF, public comparables, asset-based methods), led a team of analysts on divestiture and fundraising mandates (Seed to Series A, Small-Cap €5-50M) with 12 to 15 transactions executed annually, and structured non-dilutive financing for over 30 clients per year.
