Development of Intermarché's e-commerce web application (drive management, games, loyalty programs...)

I participated in the migration of the application to the latest web technologies such as NextJS (server components and App directory) and Tailwind CSS, replacing Sass.

I trained and mentored junior developers, particularly through code reviews.

As a lead, I was responsible for releasing versions.

The application is used by several million people and generates several billion euros in revenue per year.

Aexdo makes soil pollution data understandable for all stakeholders in a real estate project.

It mainly involves managing data collected from the field and offering different visualizations for users, whether they are technical (engineering firms, architects), work-oriented, or simply need to 'understand' the pollution (legal professionals, for example).

The bulk of the development is outsourced in India under my supervision, but I take over elements whose quality is insufficient or would require too much explanation, especially for highly technical representations.

It should be noted that I had no knowledge of this field when the project started.

Stimshop develops an ultrasonic communication technology compatible with standard equipment like regular speakers or smartphones.

I joined the team as an investor and CTO and I lead the R&D department. I develop the product development strategy with the CEO and participate in fundraising for R&D.

I developed the ucheck.in platform for managing licenses, users, content, and connected devices for Stimshop clients.
