After ten years as Chief Operating Officer in growing and transforming environments, I now support leaders, managers, and executive committees in structuring their leadership and strengthening their collective performance.

I intervene particularly when:

• Debates are rich but decisions are not fully embraced

• The leader becomes the permanent point of arbitration

• Tensions remain implicit and slow down execution

• The strategic vision is not clearly translated into action

• Growth generates more complexity than fluidity

My work is to secure the functioning of the leadership team.

I combine executive coaching, management committee seminars, and managerial structuring. My approach is based on the Process Communication Model (PCM), clarifying roles and responsibilities, analyzing decision-making circuits, and implementing governance rituals adapted to the organization's maturity level.

The goal is not to run a seminar.

The goal is to create the conditions for a management committee to function as a true decision-making, alignment, and execution body.
