I build differently.

My background is unconventional: product designer at Accor on a loyalty program for several million users, then product builder in a no-code agency, and now GTM engineer specializing in B2B automation. This common thread has taught me something that few technical profiles possess: to design systems from the perspective of those who use them, not from the perspective of those who build them.

CRM & data infrastructure: HubSpot configuration, attribution workflows, data hygiene, actionable dashboards.
