As an Agile Coach / Scrum Master, I have guided IT service teams in their development towards greater maturity. This resulted in independently executed sprints, honest feedback, and predictable outcomes. I have assisted numerous teams in this process.

Below is an overview of the teams I have supported, my contributions, and the results achieved.

IT Team Persons & Driver's Licenses (3 sub-teams):

From a directionless team to a self-managing team.

Focus: Guidance during team splitting, recruitment of new members, and removal of impediments.

Result: Team members enjoy their team and work, self-facilitated rituals, and a mature Scrum team.

IT Team Enforcement:

Support in maintaining success during a period of uncertainty.

Focus: Shared vision, recruitment, and openly and effectively addressing concerns.

Result: Stable performance, high quality, and sustainable collaboration.

Management Team Enforcement:

Facilitating off-site workshops for vision formation, user story mapping, and departmental plans.

Result: Shared vision, clear responsibilities, and prioritization in long-term projects.

Facilitating management team sessions for Enforcement

After facilitating multiple sessions such as User Story Mapping, Team Development Scans, and Team Building sessions at Service Team Enforcement, I was invited by their management team to support their sessions on creating a vision and subsequently a separate session on Root Cause Analysis. This resulted in a shared vision, strengthened team dynamics, and a concrete action plan.

Personal development within the professional group

Continuous improvement is a standard component. Therefore, we organize knowledge sessions lasting a few hours or half a day. We have covered the following knowledge sessions: Liberating Structures, Delivery Plans, Lean, Systemic Transition Management, Team Composition with Belbin, Dealing with Resistance, and Maximum Productivity in the 21st Century.

As Agile professionals, we are deployed on various assignments such as Scrum Master, PI Planning, Agile transitions, Product Owner, and Portfolio Manager. Additionally, there is a strong focus on professional and personal growth, and I facilitated a multi-day PI Planning at the Municipality of The Hague.

Responsible for the development of the in-app 'Challenges' training programs. Together with the Product Owner, I prepare the sprints to realize app improvements. Additionally, I deliver high-impact training focused on unlocking the full potential of teams. Agile methodologies, including Scrum, are used, and we serve clients such as Randstad, Unilever, Rituals, Fokker, YoungCapital, Eneco, DNV, and KPN. My keynotes on productivity and personal leadership are also included in the Recharge360 app, and I have delivered a series of keynotes at KPN (IT), DNV (Risk Management), and Eneco (energy).
