Born in a Nintendo cauldron (the same day Gameboy was released) marinated in Zelda sauce, sprinkled with Deus Ex and Fallout spices, I turned my passion into a profession!

Game / UX Designer and project manager for 7 years, I have worked on both major productions at Gameloft (Despicable Me, Asphalt racing), in virtual reality (SmartVR and SpoonAI) and on mobile games & serious games productions (Metidia).

I have acquired specific skills in gamification, virtual reality, UX / UI, Mobile and particularly Hyper-Casual, project management which I would be delighted to share with you!

As a creator and player of video games, I always design games with the credo: "The simpler the better."

From UX/UI to gameplay, a game must be playable by everyone & for everyone to provide an immediate fun experience! The first steps are crucial as they must keep the player active and engaged throughout their game session. This is the biggest challenge, and that's why I try to achieve this goal in the companies I've worked with over the past few years.

Simpler does not mean easier, as it requires a keen eye on user progression, balancing, player journey, and game feel!

    💡 Create, design, and optimize the gameplay experience (3C, Gameloop, LD,).
    - Assist / Create the production pipeline for 4 teams of 3 (1 Game Designer, 1 Developer, 1 Game Artist).

    🤝 Management & Mentoring
    - Build the production pipeline for all prototypes and live games.
    - Lead and assist 3 teams simultaneously (1 Game Designer, 1 Sr Game Artist, 1 Sr Gameplay Developer)
    - Create 3 wikis for the company using Notion:
    - Arrow Fest: explain game evolution, A/B tests, successes, and failures.
    - Company: Explain the roles of each member, organization, history of game types by explaining what worked and what didn't, ID & Pswd to make everyone's life easier.
    - Berlin: Gather all necessary information for newcomers before and after their arrival in Germany, all necessary paperwork and procedures. List all possible accommodation and transportation options.
    - Mentor and assist other Junior Game Designers in their daily work.
    - Create a project from scratch in Trello, sketch the UI, provide references, explain the game loop, gameplay - anything that could help the team producing the game.

    📊 Provide features to optimize retention and monetization.
    - Upon request, create a monetization system: Shop, IAP, Daily Reward - level that could be implemented in a future soft launch to increase retention.
    - Study new monetization trends and prepare documentation regarding hybrid and Deep Casual games.
