Holding company type, + 10 Million turnover, established in the Parisian co-ownership market, operating in the renovation field, specializing in painting, facade renovation, masonry, MEP for the interior part.

Regarding my role in the structure, I received quote requests from architects and co-ownership managers.
Then, I established contact with the manager, architect, and president of the co-ownership council.
Once the meeting took place, I proceeded with the measurement surveys, then the preparation of the quote. This was followed by negotiations with the client until an agreement was reached. After receiving the signed contract, the teams were deployed. Essentially through subcontracting.

A price study was carried out regarding the budget allocated to the subcontracting teams.

I managed the project launches until acceptance. This involved 58 projects and between 1200 to 1500 quotes prepared.
