About William

I am passionate about Agile Methods: incremental cycles with high added value (SCRUM) or continuous integration (KANBAN). I am a certified SCRUM Master but I can also be a Product Owner in a team of 5 to 7 people.
My passion is to work on the transition from V-cycle management to an agile approach.

Currently, I am choosing interesting projects. I like to exchange and understand the client's needs above all else.

✔ Services:

▸Scrum Master ➜ Facilitates agile project management with one or more Scrum teams (respect of sprint planning rituals, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retro, etc..)

▸Product Owner ➜ user stories, roadmap, INVEST, MoSCoW, design thinking, planning poker, SMART tasks

▸Project Manager ➜ Manages a project with a waterfall approach (recruitment of the development team, specifications, Gantt, acceptance and operational developments)

We say we are agile but in fact we are not? Contact me and we will see our possibilities.

    Proxy Product Owner
    DIGITAL AND IT
    October 2022 - Today (3 years and 8 months)
Fieldbox.ai helps industrial groups optimize their processes using Artificial Intelligence. On behalf of Novolyze (end client), a company that ensures compliance with sanitary and hygiene measures for industrial groups in the agri-food sector, the mission is to integrate their own Quality Forms module into their existing tool. The module allows the creation of specific forms and the exploitation of data using decision-making tools.

The project context is international and the challenge is to develop an MVP in 6 sprints to measure ROI quickly.

In a Scrum project environment, as a Proxy Product Owner, I was the interface between the DEV team and the Business side (PO). My primary objective was to have a prioritized backlog of functional evolutions with the highest business value and the shortest time-to-market.

    My tasks:
    ▸Gather client needs.
▸Facilitate the ideation phase with stakeholders and end-users.
▸Establish business value for functional evolutions with the client.
▸Specify functional evolutions in User Stories (US) and their Acceptance Criteria.
▸Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of US.
▸Plan the realization of the Backlog with the team, grouped into Epics/Features and broken down into sprints.
▸Manage the delivery process of US, from ideation to deployment.
    ▸Perform tests.
▸Test functionalities and provide feedback to the development team.
▸Facilitate a weekly review with the business to track progress, resolve issues, and review priorities.
▸Facilitate the Sprint Review and gather feedback for backlog updates.
▸Prepare and manage communications / release notes for end-users.
▸Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and of high quality.
