I designed and developed Voxa Center, an open-source VoIP telephony platform that makes Asterisk accessible without touching a configuration file. The goal: replace the complexity of traditional telecom systems with a visual drag & drop interface.

This project demonstrates my ability to design a complete full-stack solution combining low-level telecom, real-time voice AI, no-code UX, and DevOps. Available to adapt Voxa to your needs or develop similar components (VoIP, conversational AI agents, CRM integrations).

A web host was facing a recurring problem: on their shared servers, a single unstable site could degrade the performance of all others. No isolation, no fine-grained control, and clients were leaving. The technical solution existed — Docker — but managing it manually for dozens of sites was not viable on a daily basis.

I designed and developed Orbiter autonomously to meet this need. Before writing any code, I defined the scope with end-users: what daily tasks, what critical operations, what absolutely must not break. This upstream work guided the entire architecture.

I opted for a facade pattern with specialized sub-managers — Docker, Nginx, database, cache, monitoring, security — each with isolated responsibility and clear interfaces. On a project of this size intended to evolve, maintainability starts from the beginning: a developer picking up the code should be able to intervene in minutes, not days. The caching system works with CMS plugins (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, PrestaShop), allowing new ones to be added without affecting the rest. Backups manage rotation and restoration atomically — if a restore fails, the previous state is preserved.

The main technical challenge: seamless integration with Plesk. SSL, DNS, FTP, permissions had to continue working as before, without the user noticing the containers. And everything had to be reversible — clean uninstallation, zero data loss.

Delivered result: a production product with a responsive interface in 5 languages, real-time monitoring, integrated web console, dynamic Nginx reverse proxy, automatic MariaDB provisioning, and complete documentation.
