■ Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze the group's weekly sales

- Produce reports and indicators for monthly closings

- Deliver data and analyses to marketing teams and business analysts

- Calculate projected revenue in Anaplan (budget planning tool) based on business assumptions (marketing mix, pricing, sales volume, churn rate, etc.)

■ External Financial Communication:

- Explain revenue variations compared to the business plan

- Update the order book

- Update financial indicators

- Estimate current and future customer base

- Respond to auditor requests

■ Projects Completed:

- Design automated Power BI reports for the Executive Committee to monitor daily sales and customer churn. Saved 40 minutes per day.

- Migration to SAP Hana (RAR module for revenue calculation): testing, redesign of existing reports, employee training. => Work closely with project teams and accounting to ensure revenue reliability.

■ Manage the budget for several IT departments.

■ Support and advise business managers in estimating and monitoring their budget portfolio (opex and capex).

■ Consolidate the budget and actuals for the group's IT costs.

■ Develop financial tools and reports using Excel, PowerBI, and MicroStrategy.

■ Remodel the database feeding IT department reporting.

■ Automate recurring tasks using PowerQuery (Excel module).

■ Specify business needs for new SAP modules.

- Development of an existing tool under Access to process raw data from various sources to automatically produce customized reports.
