Wilfried Hounsou

- Participation in the implementation of IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 (dry run, FTA, pro forma accounts);

- Assistance with quarterly IFRS closings (subsidiary support, file review, consolidation entries);

- Intercompany reconciliation, validation of adjustments and deferred taxes;

- VARCAP closing and participation in the production of appendices and the presentation file;

- Participation in Solvency II prudential closings (review of subsidiary S2 files, reconciliation of BSC1 vs D1 assets, equity reconciliation, QRT, taxonomy evolution);

- Participation in provisional closings (landing, PMT);

- Implementation and security of existing controls.

PROJECT ASPECT

- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating, from a business perspective, the various regulatory and standard evolution projects for the group's consolidation department (IFRS 16, FINREP 2020 and 2021, CRR2, I to A reporting, ...);

- Monitoring of current evolutions (IFRS 9 and FINREP Backlog);

- Automation and reliability of the consolidation scope;

- Expression of needs, participation in scoping work, validation of functional specifications (SFG and SFD), Business Acceptance Testing, coordination of Business Owner/IT Development (MOA/MOE) and business teams, user training.

ASSISTANCE IN THE PRODUCTION OF CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNTS AND REGULATORY REPORTS

- Assistance in the production of statutory consolidated IFRS accounts and FINREP and statistical regulatory reports (I to A) in a multi-scope environment;

- Assistance to other consolidators in the context of deploying current evolutions and new projects;

- Participation in the production of IFRS consolidated appendices and the presentation file.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED ACCOUNTS AND PRUDENTIAL REPORTING

- Assistance with IFRS closings (quarterly, semi-annual, annual);

- Subsidiary support (submission and validation of consolidation files, help in resolving blocking controls);

- Review and validation of consolidation files and reconciliation of equity changes;

- Production of IFRS 9 appendices;

- Responsible for cross-functional tasks related to the consolidation scope, intercompany reconciliation, related parties;

- Participation in the production of the presentation file;

- Contribution to Solvency II reporting (QRT Cover).
