As part of the ADEO Group, I led the strategy and industrialization of the Playwright ecosystem on a global scale. My mission was to transform automation into a business acceleration lever through standardization, technical governance, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence.

Depending on strategic and technical projects, I took on various responsibilities, including:

▫ Lead QA Strategy & Governance,

▫ Automation Architect (Scale),

▫ Product Owner of Playwright,

▫ DevOps / CI-CD Expert,

▫ Technical Mentor & Enabler.

▫ Define a product vision and a global test strategy (UI, API, Backend, Kafka),

▫ Design and deploy a standardized technical foundation (Starter-kit & Core-testkit),

▫ Implement security and maintenance governance (Dependabot, HashiCorp Vault, PingOne SSO),

▫ Lead the integration of AI into the QA cycle (Scaffolding, auto-healing, test generation via LLM/MCP),

▫ Ensure code quality through the implementation of SonarQube Quality Gates,

▫ Structure the onboarding process and knowledge center (Blueprints, Workshops),

▫ Support teams in transitioning to an AI-augmented testing model,

▫ Optimize delivery cycles through CI/CD pipeline industrialization.

▫ Global industrialization of the Playwright ecosystem (Multi-assets GitHub, AI and security integrations).

▫ Optimization of the test stack: migration from Cerberus & Cypress to Playwright.

On behalf of ENI School of Information Technology, I am often called upon to conduct training sessions aimed at educating future software testers.

These training sessions are part of a program designed to equip participants with the essential skills in testing process activities and automation, which are crucial for the tester profession.

This is a very enriching experience in every way, and I take great pleasure in sharing my expertise in these different areas of testing.

As part of the JENKAA web development Scrum team, I supported them in establishing an ideal framework to improve software quality and ensure its effective integration into the development process.

Depending on the missions to be accomplished, I took on various responsibilities, including:
