 Delivery of a monitoring Dashboard (ZAOG Incident 360°) and analysis of KPIs related to detailed Jira card tracking.

 Delivery of an internal training tracking tool)

 Continuous improvement and technical watch

 Needs analysis and definition of specifications

 Planning and coordination of activities related to the implementation of new processes

 Risk analysis

 Arbitration and definition of harmonized all-Natcos processes (recycling, reallocation, donation of end-of-life devices)

 Drafting of RFIs/RFPs for the selection of e-waste service providers for recycling management

 Regular reporting to the Project Owner.

 Delivery of a harmonized process and implementation of a change management process
