Managing suppliers responsible for the design and production of parts. Defining supplier scope while respecting the STLA project schedule; Controlling the quality of deliverables submitted by suppliers and designers (3D and documents). Managing design activities to ensure QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) requirements, distributing workload among development engineers. Ensuring the convergence of interfaces for parts within the scope with their environment. Convergence with métier experts; establishing checklists for DFNu (Design for Non-use) and RO (Release Order). Tracking parts in the model and ensuring convergence between style and technique. Ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables and implementation with all relevant parties (Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Supplier, etc.). Ensuring development according to SOD (Start of Production). Managing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) matrices, ensuring milestone achievement from J1 to SOD. Ensuring, leading, and participating in various meetings: RT/RAL (Technical Review/Action Review), GDM (Global Design Meeting), Decision Meeting, Convergence with métier experts, etc.

Monitoring and managing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for non-conformities of parts between tooling launch and ramp-up. Implementing follow-up actions with various project stakeholders. Managing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to ensure activity progress. Auditing ECRs to ensure compliance with procedures and Golden Rules under PLM. Participating in mid-term reviews, reactivity meetings, technical reviews, etc. Developing and weekly updating dashboards and KPIs. Training and coaching new members.

Improvement of the Change Management process for the "Base CMP" project. Implementation of follow-up actions for non-conforming parts modifications for the CMP project. Dissemination of KPIs and project progress dashboards. Management of non-conformities of parts between tooling launch and production.
