Contribution to the Flouci project, a Tunisian financial application, by optimizing payment orchestration microservices to enhance transaction security and improve user experience. Development of payment management APIs with Spring Boot and JWT, ensuring reliable and secure transactions. Design and implementation of a billing microservice dedicated to managing customer subscriptions. Refactoring and progressive migration of existing services to improve overall system performance. Implementation of Redis to speed up access to critical data. Integration of RabbitMQ to streamline inter-service communication. Active participation in bi-weekly Scrum sprints, with a team of 13 developers, contributing to planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.

Web application for monitoring electronic components to ensure tracking, reliability, and security. Contribution to an electronic component monitoring platform project by designing a high-performance microservices architecture to ensure supervision, reliability, and security. Definition of the microservices architecture with Spring Boot, integration of Kafka for event-driven communication, and Keycloak for access management and authentication. Design and development of robust REST APIs, ensuring interoperability between modules. Development of user interfaces in Angular, in collaboration with UI/UX teams for a seamless experience. Implementation of unit and integration tests to validate code stability and quality. Participation in code reviews, adherence to development best practices, and contribution to the project's continuous improvement. Work in Agile Scrum methodology: 2-week sprints, team of 5 people, involvement in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).

Contribution to the development of a secure internal messaging application for O2 France agencies, aiming to improve team communication through a real-time interface and centralized management of users and data. Led the proof of concept (PoC) phase to validate technical feasibility before the official project launch. Backend architecture design and development of secure APIs with Spring Security, including role and access rights management. Integration of the Twilio SDK for real-time communication management (chat and notifications). Database setup for structured storage of messages and users. Implementation of unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability. Participation in Scrum sprints (team of 6 developers), with involvement in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
