As a MOA Project Manager, I am in charge of developing a regulatory and IT project. This project involves considering compliance, the initial state of the IT system (backward historical data), and numerous product specificities at each stage of the project's realization.

To develop this project, I first revalued (secured, upgraded) the entire information system, and implemented a remediation program to recover the maximum amount of up-to-date customer data. I therefore developed a unique process, with the involvement of 10 regional managers, to implement the necessary actions in the agencies. To do this, I also manage a team of 3 collaborators who support the regions in this project.

Regarding the IT part, I am responsible for defining the needs for improving the historical tool used in agencies, the functional testing phase, as well as communication and change management for the 10 BNPP regions regarding the new functionalities implemented. This project allows BNPP to secure its data and automate the processes of sales representatives (subscription, modification, cancellation) on the tool (time saving, performance gains, and reliable data).
