During my internship, my main task was to establish partnerships with various influencers.

I had to follow the collaboration from the beginning, by contacting influencers, negotiating prices, then ensuring the consistency of the produced content. These tasks required a lot of organization and availability to best manage the different profiles. Following this task, I also had to prepare orders on our Billbee software but above all, with the help of my colleagues, prepare briefings according to our different offers (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).

I also had to handle translations, which could range from simple banners for our promotions to be published on the site, to more complex matters such as legal documents.

However, a large part of my work concerned Instagram. Indeed, as a CM, I created all the Instagram posts and stories, which I then had to schedule on our Later or Storrito platform.

I also had to respond to various comments from our customers, concerning both the composition of our products and the shipping procedures. I therefore had to stay well-informed about these different aspects.

At CityGem, an urban exploration application, my main role was to launch the communication plan on all platforms. I therefore managed community management on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build an engaged community. This included writing texts as well as choosing visuals. Subsequently, I had to be in contact with our press agency to answer their questions and follow the progress of media coverage. Finally, I was also in charge of the website, particularly the "press" tab which I updated to highlight CityGem's press mentions.

In the same vein, I was also responsible for preparing on-site interviews, by studying the questions, considering the key points to highlight in this medium, etc...

I had an introduction to the job of Community Manager and event organizer at Bonbo, a platform dedicated to mothers. I therefore had the opportunity to increase brand visibility through social networks, but also to participate in the development of many events.
