I bring my multidisciplinary know-how (web marketing, web development, project management, GDPR) to VSEs/SMEs to support them in their digital transformation, whether desired or undergone. My greatest satisfaction is to complete my mission by enabling my client to overcome a hurdle that was insurmountable for them alone, or to have helped them take a step faster or higher.

For 7 years, I have also been asked to carry out long-term substitute Technical Management missions, both to ensure continuity of production (departure, unavailability) and to bring new momentum and restructure. My main satisfactions are having restored the satisfaction of the end customer, reduced team turnover, and improved quality and productivity. Obviously, on long missions, my rates are degressive.
