As part of the NM5221 DEC-B project, related to the implementation of Ultimate Diesel Generators (GDU) for the future EPR2 units of the French nuclear fleet, I was commissioned by the client to ensure overall project schedule control, from the design phase to site testing and acceptance operations.

Achievements:

• Development of a global project vision: definition of activities from the Design phase to final testing and site acceptance operations.

• Contribution to meeting contractual milestones and associated deadlines.

• Contractual and milestone monitoring

• Monitoring of internal and external interfaces within the GMES scope

• Rescheduling based on identified deviations.

• Active participation in project communication with various departments.

• Production of progress reports and indicators (KPIs) for the NM5221 project management and the Client.

• Drafting of the planning methodology note, assumption notes, and progress reports.

• Production of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 schedules for the following phases:

o Technical design

o Equipment manufacturing.

o Qualifications.

o Factory acceptance and shipments to sites.

o Anticipated activities before installation

o Assembly

o Testing

Provide strategic advice and guidance to a team of internal consultants on management and planning projects.

Achievements:

• Prepare the detailed and coordination schedule for the works

• Extract work data from the extraction file for shutdown ranges.

• Establish the coordination schedule based on data from various stakeholders (inspection, general shutdown contractor, manufacturing, mechanical, etc.)

• Design schedule progress monitoring tools

• Design daily work dissemination materials by trade

• Organize and lead information gathering meetings with various departments

• Organize and lead the work prioritization meeting before shutdown

• Escalate all blocking points that may arise during the scheduling phase

• Organize daily meetings with the general shutdown contractor to discuss work progress

• Lead daily work progress monitoring meetings
