Wenjue Zhang

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Wenjue for five days during the reception of a group of Chinese pastry chefs in France. During the three days of training, Wenjue provided accurate and fluid interpretation, always adapted to the technical and demanding context of pastry making. She was also very attentive to both the training chefs and the guest chefs. Wenjue also accompanied the clients during a factory visit and a meeting with an ambassador chef, where she maintained the same professionalism and high-quality interpretation. Reliable, serious, and highly involved since our first exchanges, Wenjue perfectly met our expectations for this training. We highly recommend her for any interpretation assignment.
