→ Integration of a stock reservation/release microservice, interfaced with the order funnel via webhooks. Improved customer journey reliability, better business traceability.

Asynchronous multilingual translation service

→ Design of a dedicated service for content internationalization (marketing & products), with automatic fallback, import/export management, and asynchronous sending of files for translation.

Order Transfer System (0€ orders)

→ Integration of a new internal order type using the Chain of Responsibility design pattern, to unify existing logic between: e-commerce site, quote tool, and after-sales service order transfers.

Dynamic B2B loyalty system

→ Automatic assignment of customer tags based on their cumulative net sales, with real-time discounts applied upon reaching thresholds during order validation. Synchronization with the e-commerce rules engine.

Information relay to ERP

→ Generation of enriched JSON payloads for the ERP (stock, delivery, etc.) to ensure better synchronization between internal systems and logistics providers.

Brevo → Klaviyo Migration

→ Redesign of automated campaigns, management of event triggers, synchronization of user data with the marketing CRM.

Proactive RUN Support

→ Monitoring of production anomalies, intervention on critical bugs, continuous improvement through feedback from product and support teams.

First structuring experience in backend, where I contributed to the from-scratch development of a complete management platform for training centers, in a PHP/Symfony environment.
