We engaged Alexandre to develop a cross-platform continuous integration pipeline based on Github Actions for one of our public Github repositories. After an initial technical discussion to clarify the scope of the mission, Alexandre quickly understood our challenges, clarified initial technical ambiguities, and outlined a development plan including an architecture phase, a development phase, and knowledge transfer. Throughout the mission, Alexandre demonstrated autonomy in his work, rigor in managing his schedule, and remarkable professionalism in communicating his progress, including the difficulties he encountered and the decisions that needed to be made.
