DK Consult is a Parisian consulting firm specializing in information system security. Born out of a passion for cybersecurity, we operate across the entire value chain of your cyber projects, from consulting to optimization, including build and run.

Implementation of a cyber program to improve the cyber posture of the PVCP group.

My role consists of:

• Being proactive and operational in tasks related to project management, resource management for projects, and communication.

• Ensuring the deployment of the cybersecurity program and operations within all departments and teams involved directly or indirectly in the overall coherence of the cyber defense policy.

• Ensuring smooth and operational coordination between these different stakeholders.

• Implementing the governance and management model necessary for the program's success.

• Reviewing and updating cybersecurity processes and the information system security policy.

• Monitoring the vulnerability management process.

• Conducting phishing/awareness campaigns.

Examples:

• Taking ownership of security solutions studied (functionally and technically) during the design phases (mock-ups, etc.).

• Establishing general functional specifications and drafting tender documents for security solutions.

• Overseeing tender phases, evaluating and selecting solutions, and managing contractualization.

• Analyzing project-related security risks and proposing security measures if necessary.

• Defining and supervising the development of prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) and functional testing of the chosen security solution or infrastructure.

• Performing acceptance testing of security solutions and assessing their compliance with the specifications.

• Contributing to the design and integration of adopted security solutions and ensuring their monitoring.

• Tracking schedules, managing budgets, and handling reporting.

• Evaluating new solutions to reduce risks.

In this capacity, I am an ambassador of my expertise. My role is to contribute to the development of my colleagues and the company.

My role as an 'Innovation and Solution Manager' in the Security domain is to:

• Operate on a fixed-price basis to conduct risk analyses, cyber maturity checks, implement cyber strategies, and develop ISSPs.

• Provide training and awareness on cybersecurity.

• Support business development: Assist across the entire value chain (Advise, Build, Run, and Optimize), and provide reporting.

• Lead training sessions (individual/group) and coaching: Assist in implementing the training strategy and supporting consultants, lead workshops, conduct training for HR/BM teams on my expertise, write articles on my expertise.

• Assist in developing the recruitment strategy: Define resource needs, improve the technical validation process, and conduct technical validation of incoming profiles.

• Undertake service delivery missions in line with my expertise.
