• Prepare detailed development & commercial feasibility studies for greenfield projects and expansion phases of brownfield projects.

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Prepare development strategy, business plan, market analysis, pricing studies and demand-supply analysis.

• Prepare term-sheets and corporate/project valuation analysis for new investment opportunities.

• Negotiate transaction terms/strategy, and deal closing.

• Liaising with internal (legal and finance) and 3rd parties (consultants and lawyers) throughout the due diligence process

• Assists in the negotiation and execution of investment agreements and other transaction-related legal documentations

• Periodic review of commercial performance, budgets and key operational aspects.

• Deal Structuring - Financial modelling and deal structuring. Viability test of projects & report-out concerns and mitigate risks based on project margins & returns.

• Preliminary Due Diligence - Consultant management for technical feasibility including traffic, soil & topography assessments

• Joint Venture Setup - Business plan preparation, legal documentation, budgeting, project program, marketing strategy etc. Maintain cross-functional interface with team across project lifecycle including design, legal, finance, contracting etc.

• Project Finance - Assist the finance team in financial workings for negotiations with the bankers and financial institutions for fund raising both for Greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Funding analysis for evaluating debt-servicing capacity of project/business with detailed financial models including cash flow projections.

• Transaction Advisory / Deal Structuring on possible deal structures with detailed NPV/IRR analysis and evaluation of JV agreements with risk mitigation measures.

• PPP Structuring - Evaluating deal structures for PPP projects - upfront/recurring lease premiums, revenue share.
