Assignments: RUN/BUILD Manage, operate, and administer a shared architecture of Pulse Secure VPN SSL gateway clusters. Ensure integration projects for security equipment for remote access, administration access, and access to critical resources. Perform unit, integration, and validation tests in an integration environment. Integrate the solution into the production environment. Provide engineering and technical documentation writing. Ensure operation, maintenance, and Level 2 and 3 incident management. Carry out equipment upgrade projects and VPN thick client packages on workstations. Write technical documents and incident resolution sheets. Provide training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and 2 support teams. Environment: Pulse Secure, Ivanti Access Secure, PKI, LDAP, RSA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Routing, Infoblox/DNS/DHCP, F5 BigIP, Cisco Ironport.

Assignments: BUILD/RUN Support for remote access and cybersecurity infrastructure transformation projects. Audit security policies and propose action plans to optimize security for access to internal resources. Environment: Checkpoint, Tufin, Cisco, F5 BigIP, Cisco Routing.

Assignments: BUILD: Carry out migration, installation, and integration projects for security equipment for strategic clients such as GRDF, Marché UGAP, Ministry of Health, Rectorates, Town Halls. Provide engineering and technical documentation writing (Technical Architecture, Operation, Testing, and Acceptance documents). RUN: Ensure operation, maintenance, and Level 2 and 3 incident management. Knowledge transfer (training) to various user technical profiles.
