I was tasked with creating the visual design for Lloyds 360, a brand new bank account for Lloyd's customers. Working closely with the Service Design team, we staged customer workshops to ascertain what people wanted from a new account, and how they felt about Lloyd's Banking Group's current digital products and websites from a user experience perspective. I crafted the final visuals for the initial website proposal and communications, which were pre sented internally to stakeholders.

I also assisted the Service Design team in their research ta sks. We set up a panel of brokers and insurers on both sides of the proposed platform to gain valuable insights into their working processes, pain points and to better understand where digitalisation would benefit them. The user panels were utilised to test our prototypes for user flows, giving us essential feedback for this extremely complex project.

I was responsible for the design and prototype creation of several user flows across a variety of banking and saving applications, using an existing skeleton design system.
