As Supervisor Workforce Planning at Lotus Bakeries, I led a team of four employees responsible for workforce planning and time registration for the Lembeke plant, as well as for workwear, safety shoes and locker management. Within the team, one team member was specifically responsible for SAP corrections to ensure accurate process performance reporting, through which I gained hands-on experience with SAP and SAP BI. In the search for a suitable workforce planning tool, I leveraged my strong business analytics skills to analyze requirements and evaluate potential solutions. In addition, I delivered a project on workwear vending machines, using data analysis and data warehousing to generate insights into workwear losses and identify optimization opportunities.

As a Data Analytics Consultant at ORTEC, I worked with clients such as Brussels Airport, Heineken, and TATA Steel. I contributed to the operations planning at Brussels Airport, led a European network study for Heineken as Data Analyst and Project Manager, and acted as functional owner of a planning tool at TATA Steel. I also developed and maintained an internal Power BI dashboard for ORTEC management.

I was responsible for personal income tax appliances and built a robotic in VBA to automate tax appliances.
