Industrial Engineer and Lean manager by training, I have a strong interest and understanding of business processes. I have been working for more than 8 years with industrial companies, particularly in the energy sector, to support them in their digital transformation and operational excellence projects. I work on the feasibility and scoping phases of business needs as a Business Analyst, and on the implementation and change management phases as an AMOA or Product Owner in an Agile SAFe/Scrum environment.

I have a good command of analysis and reporting tools, as well as project tracking: Klaxoon, MS Visio, PowerPoint, BPMN, draw.io, Confluence, Jira. I am steeped in current delivery methods such as DevOps and agility.
