Artificial intelligence is now a major leverthat a company can no longer ignore. But **AI should not be integrated solely because it is trendy**. It must meet a real need, produce measurable gains, and operate within a secure framework.

My **approach remains pragmatic**: identify the right use cases, protect data, control costs, and avoid overly ambitious projects that consume budget without delivering value.

The goal is not to implement AI everywhere, but to use it where it truly enhances productivity, service quality, or decision-making.

My role is to build a solution that is understandable, realistic, secure, and sustainable.
