Creation and optimization of ETL flows for an ERP integration company

• • Audit and analysis of existing flows under Informatica, historically developed to feed the ERP modules Dolibarr and Odoo (invoicing, accounting, customer management, etc.).

• • Optimization of processing times: simplification of chains, improvement of step sequencing, and correction of recurring errors encountered during batch processing.

• • Restructuring of ETL/ELT processes, with offloading of some transformations to SQL to lighten Informatica and improve overall performance.

• • Harmonization and re-use of the data model used by the ERP modules (customers, orders, invoices, accounting entries) to make transformations more consistent and stable.

• • Implementation of a Snowflake Cloud foundation, with transcription of the main Informatica transformation rules into SQL as part of a progressive transition to a more flexible and modern architecture.

• • Modernization of feeding methods: Snowflake allows different clients to have more up-to-date data, by reducing dependence on batch processes and moving towards near real-time feeding.

• • Automation of job monitoring and restarting via JobScheduler to improve responsiveness in case of incidents and limit manual interventions.
