Execution engineering project manager, I offer my freelance services to support your construction projects during key phases: awarding of works contracts, preparation and site monitoring during the execution phase.

I work with owners, architects, or design offices to ensure the coordination and smooth running of site operations. My role consists of:

– Participating in the drafting or analysis of tender documents (DCE) and technical specifications (CCTP),

– Organizing the consultation of companies and analyzing offers,

– Assisting with contract awards,

– Technically preparing the site (schedule, methods, organization),

– Monitoring the execution of works: progress, quality, compliance with contractual documents, safety,

– Drafting site progress reports and managing work situations,

– Supporting reception operations.

With good interpersonal skills, rigor, and responsiveness, I am capable of adapting to any type of operation (housing, tertiary, public access buildings, renovation, or new construction) and collaborating effectively with the various project stakeholders.
