Accor is a French hotel group, number one in Europe and sixth worldwide, which owns, manages, and franchises around forty hotel and holiday residence brands in over 110 countries on five continents.

Within a team of eight collaborators working in agile mode, I participated in the development of evolutions, redesign, and corrective maintenance of the following applications:

- Accor Customer Digital Card (A.C.D.C): This allows hotel staff, Call Center, Support, Customer Care, and Administrators to enroll customers in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, sell them subscription cards, access their personal information, record and view their satisfaction and preferences, and credit or debit points or rewards related to their stays or services in hotels;

- Accor List Of Arrivals (A.L.O.A): Thanks to its interface with hotel management systems (PMS, Property Management Systems), it allows hotel staff to prepare customer arrivals in advance by considering their loyalty program status, their preferences, and satisfaction related to their past stays.

I also participated in the integration of OpenAI's Generative AI into A.C.D.C to increase sales of subscription cards and products offered by hotels and personalize customer reception.

Tasks performed:

- Initialization of a multitude of ReST microservices

- Development of UIs and ReST APIs

- Participation in the redesign and merging of A.C.D.C and A.L.O.A with two other applications using Vue3 / Java 21 / Spring Boot 3

- Analysis and correction of anomalies

- Qualification of production incidents

- Populating the Knowledge Base with articles for support teams

- Writing onboarding documents for new developers

- Proposing technical improvements and writing tickets for upcoming Sprints

Natixis Interépargne is a leader in employee savings plans and a key player in the employee savings, retirement, and shareholding market.

Within a team of six collaborators, I participated, in an agile project mode, in the development of evolutions and corrective maintenance of the EasiRISV2 application for the simulation and subscription of employee savings contracts and the execution of an initial payment.

Within a team of five collaborators, I took charge of the developments for the industrialization and maintenance of RoboAdvisor, a module of the Saver space, in partnership with Fundvisory, aimed at offering savers the best allocation corresponding to their investment profile. In addition, I took charge of developments related to the aggregation of savings ("Art.83") from policyholders held by Arial CNP Assurances, in order to display it on the saver space alongside employee savings held by Natixis Interépargne. I also implemented single sign-on (SSO) identity federation between the saver space and the policyholder space.

In collaboration with four stakeholders, I took charge of the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Amplus project, a complementary retirement simulation tool in partnership with Harvest.

Tasks performed:

- Development of frontend and backend evolutions

- Analysis and correction of anomalies

- Maintenance and development from scratch of a multitude of batch jobs (aggregation art.83, GDPR, KPI, reporting, updating FCPE composition and net asset values)

- Development of ReST APIs

- Adaptation of UIs for mobile and tablet

- SSO (SAML2) identity federation between the Natixis Interépargne saver space and the Arial CNP Assurances policyholder space

Lefebvre Sarrut is a European group with French shareholding, structured around two businesses: professional publishing (legal, fiscal, regulatory) and professional training. It is the leading publisher in this field in France, the second in Europe, and the fourth in the world.

In a team of six collaborators and under the responsibility of a project manager, I participated in the redesign and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of a set of Web components, Web services, and Batch jobs for managing authentication and access settings for clients subscribed to the content of the group's four largest publications (Éditions Francis Lefebvre, Éditions Législatives, Éditions Dalloz, and Sdu).

Tasks performed:

- Development of evolutions

- Analysis and correction of anomalies

- Development of a batch from scratch with Spring boot, Spring batch

- Initialization, participation in technical design, and development of the redesign of a SOAP web service, multi-datasources, consumed by several group applications using Spring boot, Apache CXF, JPA/Hibernate
