Multi-stage contact form captures customer inquiries in a structured way. An AI node analyzes the complexity of the request and automatically calculates a draft price. Based on this, another AI step generates a customized quote as a PDF — including logo and formatted layout. The finished document is automatically sent via email to the interested party and internally. In parallel, the lead is created in a Notion CRM and a Telegram notification is triggered.

Incoming email inquiries are automatically captured via an IMAP trigger. A regex-based extraction step reads relevant contact data and project details from the message text. Claude (Anthropic) generates a suitable, individually formulated response based on this. The inquiry is created as a new lead in the Notion CRM, and the AI response is sent via SMTP.
