After graduating with a degree in Automation Engineering, I started at HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH in 2008.

For the first two years, I was involved in numerous commissioning projects as a Service Engineer and worked as a troubleshooter worldwide.

Over the following 11 years, I contributed to numerous customer projects at HIMA in various roles.

I found the most joy in programming HIMA systems with SILworX®. I have known SILworX® since version 1 (2008) and have accompanied and partly shaped its development process since then.

The enjoyment of programming, combined with many years of experience in the field of Functional Safety according to IEC 61511, has led me to focus my independent work on SILworX® programming for the process industry.
