BIM AM / BIM Manager – Strategic, operational, and structuring support for BIM projects

I specialize in BIM AM (BIM Owner's Assistance) and BIM management, with a comprehensive approach covering the strategic, organizational, and technical dimensions of projects.

I work with owners, real estate developers, landlords, investors, and design teams to ensure effective BIM integration, aligned with project objectives and business needs.

In a context where BIM is becoming essential for most operations, especially for large-scale projects, my role is to structure approaches, secure processes, and maximize the value of the data produced throughout the project lifecycle.

I am developing my business with a focus on structuring, managing, and leveraging BIM data, as well as optimizing collaborative workflows, by assisting my clients in implementing effective, reliable, and truly usable BIM approaches.

In a context where BIM is widely deployed but still too often limited to simple model production, my goal is to place data at the heart of the project by structuring its lifecycle, ensuring its quality, and optimizing production, management, and usage processes.

I intervene from the early stages to define a data-oriented BIM strategy, identifying relevant uses (coordination, monitoring, operation) and necessary information. I then formalize these requirements through structuring documents (BIM charter, BIM convention, specifications) by integrating structuring, naming, and validation rules to ensure data consistency and interoperability.

In the operational phase, I manage BIM workflows by implementing clear collaborative processes, efficient validation circuits, and work methods adapted to teams and tools. I analyze information flows to identify inefficiencies and propose concrete optimizations, particularly through the automation of repetitive tasks and data quality control.

I also work on structuring data environments (CDE) to secure exchanges, ensure traceability, and validate deliverables. During the construction and handover phases, I ensure consistency between the data produced and the built reality, and the quality of the digital as-built file for its exploitation.

My approach transforms BIM into a true information system for project performance.
