Within the IT and Telecom Services Directorate (DSIT), I held the role of project manager and expert for the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI). I participated in the launch of the Power Platform service and supported users and collaborative referents.

Within the IT CORP team, I was the referent for the Power Platform for all technical and business teams of the group. Mission tasks:

• Gathering functional requirements

• Architectural consulting for the group's business teams

• Organizing workshops

• Conducting POCs for technical solution validation

• Developing and deploying technical solutions based on the Power Platform

• Managing migration projects in SharePoint

• Developing O365 usage and writing documentation required for the promotion of all these services (SharePoint / Teams / Flow / Power Apps)

• Technical support and responding to IT correspondents' requests from international subsidiaries.

In an international context, managed application migrations (Jive (ESN) and Nuxeo (DMS)) to Office 365 (SharePoint Online and Yammer) and deployed various solutions for business needs. Mission tasks:

- Organizing workshops and gathering functional requirements (French and international users)

- Writing functional specifications

- Conducting POCs for technical solution validation

- Designing and deploying the chosen technical solution (on SharePoint).

- Developing O365 usage and writing documentation required for the promotion of all these services (SharePoint / Teams / Flow)

- Administering the O365 platform (SharePoint / Teams)

- Technical support and responding to IT correspondents' requests from international subsidiaries. Technical environment: Office 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, Flow), PowerShell, PnP, SPFx, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, JSOM/REST, Graph.
