Kosmo is a platform designed to help companies optimize and automate their deliveries, relying on powerful routing, batching, and assignment algorithms to their internal fleet.

I joined Kosmo as the first tech co-founder, where I deployed the first line of code into production, processing over 100,000 deliveries per month within two years.

We worked with great autonomy, taking charge of projects and features from product iterations to frontend/backend implementation.

My scope evolved to full ownership of the platform and API, leading a team of 2 to 3 developers.

Project examples:

- Platform optimization and profiling to scale for companies handling over 1,000 deliveries per day (Memorization / Caching / Virtualization)

- Payment flow (Stripe), invoicing, RBAC, and multi-tenancy

- In-depth Google Maps implementations (routes, ETA calculations, in-map actions for over 1,000 markers)

- Central module for reassigning orders based on customizable dispatching rules

- Development of the order management system and their life cycles (OMS)

Lantern offers a user behavior anomaly detection service based on analytics data (Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude).

The technology is based on behavioral analysis to identify periods of unusual activity through seasonal confidence interval calculations, generating alert reports including affected users, their segments, and proposing actionable resolution diagnostics.

I was primarily:

- Responsible for the platform (ReactJS) and the API (Nextjs) communicating with the anomaly detection service

- Development of a reusable design system (styled components)

- Advanced visualization of charts and time series

I worked within an (agile) team on the website of the real estate agency Allowa. In a nutshell, it was a private clone of Airbnb.

I joined the project shortly after its launch and worked on the following elements:
