After restructuring measures at my last employer, the decision to become self-employed was a natural one. This way, I can offer the things I focused on there to all companies. Primarily to all those who use Microsoft products. I always saw myself as a "service provider" there too - the employees were my customers. And together, we found solutions for the problems and questions. Even when the ideal conditions weren't always there to implement the fastest and most obvious solution.

Consulting on the efficient use of M365 in companies with subsequent employee training.

My main responsibility here was the optimized use of existing software, especially MS Office and most recently Teams. In addition to many in-house training sessions, I also optimized Office templates and developed forms with Excel and Word. Of course, I also took on a lot of the "day-to-day business" of an IT department, thus constantly expanding and applying my general IT knowledge.
