Apprenticeship, part-time degree, career to top management, self-employment and now back as a commercial manager. Benefit from over 30 years of professional experience.

The focus of my 31 years of professional experience has always been commercial - both as an employee and in self-employment. I worked in the construction industry for over 11 years, selling the products myself and then building them with my employees as a general contractor. I am now responsible for organization, finance, IT, and employees as the commercial manager of a civil and road construction company. Thus, empathy, building an organization, developing strategies, costing, controlling, and modern personnel management are a matter of course for me.

I am NOT looking for a new job; I feel very comfortable with my employer. However, I would like to share my knowledge and the resulting experience with others and would carry out this activity part-time.
