Volker Bräutigam

As an advisory board member, I support strategic directions in cooperation with the management of the entire corporate group. I assist with sales processes and also coach less experienced consultants at all levels as a principal.

In the Mainfranken regional association, I was responsible for organizing events, acquiring and managing members, together with an industry spokesperson for the Bundesvereinigung für Logistik e.V. (German Logistics Association), where I also contributed scientific expertise. The entire role was voluntary.

The connection between the disciplines of production systems, digitalization, and individualized competence portfolios and competence acquisition is an exciting field today. The effects on future organizations in the manufacturing industry are not yet clearly foreseeable and open up an interesting research area.
